Day 7
Wendy was feeling much better today, both physically and otherwise. Not so much pain in the knee. She's really ready to go to the rehab hospital tomorrow. She's resumed reading to the kids over the phone in the evening -- it's one of Kenneth Oppel's Silverwing books, I'm not sure which. This coming week, the kids are at camp where i work so we'll all be visiting Wendy briefly after work on the way home.

I'm relieved to hear that Wendy's knee isn't bothering here as much. It's great that the boys will be able to visit next week. That will be good for her spirits and that's as important as the physical healing.
Hi Wendy! I am not anonymous, It's Juanita. So happy to hear that things went right this time. And that the after pain you are experiencing is abating as well. I wish you all the best for a constant, steady, successful recovery and before you know it, you will look back and realize your life is again on track and you are feeling better then ever.
